Admissions

At Holders Farm, we love to meet children and their parents/carers, before they start at the setting. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact us.

We will always aim, to be able to offer your preferred sessions, but if we are unable to offer your child a place, you have the option to place your child, on our waiting list.

You will be contacted by us, nearer your ideal start time, to advise you whether a place has become available. Being on our waiting list, DOES NOT guarantee a place becoming available.

Settling in Sessions:

Once your place has been confirmed, we will be offered a free settling in sessions. If you feel as a parent, your child does not need these, we will respect your decision. Alternatively, these are usually 1 or 2, one hour sessions, where your child will get to know the setting and staff can get to know your child.

Fees:

9:30am-12pm £20.00

9:30am-1pm £30.00

12pm-3:30pm £30.00

1pm-3:30pm £20.00

9:30am-3:30pm £50.00

Any additoonal sessions (these will only be possible, where spaces are available). These additional sessions, are NOT guaranteed and will be charged, at our standard rates.

Payment MUST be made before the additional session.

Sibling Discount:

A 10% sibling discount, will be applied to non funded sessions, when both children are attending the setting.

Late Payment of Fees:

£15.00 for fees that remain unpaid in advance of a child’s attendance.

Late Collection of Child:

£15.00 per child per 15 minutes or part thereof - e.g. - if you are 20 minutes late this will result in a fine of £30. This charge is necessary to cover the costs of additional staffing and administration.

No refunds are given for children not attending reserved sessions (including sickness and holidays). A minimum of one month’s notice is required for changes to sessions, as per your parent contract.
